My Change4Life & the Beauty Bloggers Christmas Weightloss Challenge: Week 1

Well, today is my first weigh in after a week of Weight Watchers and.....

I lost 3.5lb!!! 

I'm delighted as I really didn't expect that in the first week and I am loving the routine of tracking my points online.  I imagine it should *fingers crossed* steady out to about a lb a week - I'd be very happy with that.  Anything with a minus preceding it, is a step in the right direction as far as I am concerned.

  1. Hi hunnie, you did so well! I was only -0.5lb but I was quite happy as I'd been ill all week and had been eating more convenient food than usual! Feeling better this week though so hoping for a better result! :)

  2. Awww but you had been poorly. I still think 1/2lb when you are ill is really good. I'm feeling very focused now x

  4. @ Rachelle - Thank you lovely. I don't suppose it was a meal plan as such. Was just tracking WW points online and upping the exercise. I drink loads of water anyway, so that didn't change. I guess it was more of an awareness of what I was eating and avoiding eating because I was bored. We'll see if it continues next week x

  5. Cool.I told you you could do it! I may have to up the water intake. as I drink alot of coffee and diet coke but not as much water as I should!

  6. Oh well done you! I had meant to put something supportive on your post announcing this and failed miserably. Did consider joining you, for all of 2 seconds, everything so stressful at the mo if I couldnt lose myself in a bottle of wine I think my head would melt! Keep up the good work and dont forget to have a belt round with a tape measure, for the odd week when the weight isn't coming off in huge chunks - it's reassuring to see the inches going nonetheless!

  7. Congrats! That is v impressive, I need to follow your lead and do better w my eating. WW is a great plan. I have done it myself but do better if I go to the meetings- I guess I need the extra push- I'm so WEAK! x jeanie
